There is always room for growth. Our technicians undergo intense training to give them the expert knowledge they need to perform their job functions and perform them well. Our technicians must study, undergo, complete, pass, and become certified in our crew training process and become certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. SERVPRO offers year-round education and is an approved IICRC Training School offering education, expertise, and certification in fire restoration, water restoration, upholstery cleaning, and applied structural drying. It is not enough to just receive a certification once. Leaders never stop learning. In order to be the PREMIER cleaning and restoration company, we have to sustain the training, growth, and development of each of the individuals that work for us, as well as our team as a whole. We also offer continuing education courses. We can’t keep all of this know-how to ourselves. These courses are available to franchise staff, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, and real estate professionals.
