Storm Flooding

The day after a bad storm in Story City, IA this family of 4 noticed this room had wet carpet. It turns out water was coming in from this ground level window on the north side of the house. After a quick search on google the family decided to call SERVPRO of Ames. After visiting with a Project Manager the family agreed we need to act not to prevent feature damage to the structure of the home. Our team of IICRC certified trained technicians arrived within an hour and begun moving content so we can begin "floating the carpet" which is what we call drying from underneath the carpet, as shown in the pictures above.
