Water Damage from 7th to 3rd Floor

This flooded apartment building was the result of a broken pipe on the 7th floor. Rooms below and adjacent to the source room were affected also. In total, 15 rooms were affected with some degree of water damage. Our team responded immediately and began the extraction and drying process with air movers and dehumidifiers. The picture above is one of the affected hallways. The trim was removed to ensure the drywall behind it was drying properly. Fortunately SERVPRO of Ames arrived quickly with our IICRC certified trained technicians and state of the art equipment. SERVPRO of Ames was able to get this property back to "Like it never even happened."
